The purpose of this research is to characterize the antibacterial and antioxidant activity of medicinal plant extracts and compare their biological activity with reported plant extracts. The study involved an in vitro evaluation of the antibacterial activity of the extracts against Escherichia coli, Salmonella enteritidis, and Shigella dysenteriae.
